"Digital Art": Refers to the digital files (e.g., JPEG, PNG) sold on our website.

"License": The non-exclusive right to use the digital art for personal, as specified in these terms.

"User": Any person or entity purchasing or downloading digital art from our website.

- You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from our website.

By purchasing a digital art file from WallHallaPrints, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital art under the following terms:

This Personal Use Licence is Granted by WallHallaPrints to any individual who obtains a copy of a digital artwork through purchase or download from WallHallaPrints or its official sales channels.

- Rights granted

The Licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work solely for personal , non-commercial puposes. The licensee may view, store, print or display the work in private spaces for personal enjoyment.

- Restrictions

The Licensee may not sell, publish, distibution,modify, use the work in advertising, create NFT’s, or use the work for training artificial intelligence models. The work may not be used in any commercial manner without prior written consent from the licensor.

All intellectual propery rights remain the sole property of WallHallaPrints. this License does not transfer ownership of the work or its copyright.

This license automatically becomes effective at the time the licensee acquires the work.

This license shall be governed by and construed in acocodance with the laws of the Netherlands. 

- All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

- We accept payments via paypal, credit and debit card, klarna e.g).

- Payment is due at the time of purchase.

- All digital art files remain the property of WallHallaPrints.

- You do not acquire ownership rights to the digital art; you only receive a license to use it according to these terms.

- WallHallaPrints is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital art files.

- We do not warrant that the digital art files will be error-free or suitable for all purposes.

- We collect and process your personal data (e.g., email, payment information) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your purchase (e.g., payment providers).

- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services if you violate these terms.

- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Dutch law.

- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

11. Miscellaneous

- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

- If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must stop using our services.
