- Digital art files are provided in high-resolution formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF), suitable for printing and digital use.

- File specifications (e.g., dimensions, DPI) are listed on the product page. If you need a different format, contact us before purchasing.

- Click the download link in your email to access your files.

- You may download the files within the 30-day period. After this, the link may expire.

- If you lose your files after the link expires, you may purchase the product again or contact us for assistance (a small fee may apply).

- If you experience issues downloading your files (e.g., broken link, slow download), contact us within 7 days of purchase at koenhiemstra_design@outlook.com. We will provide a new download link or assist you in resolving the issue.
