2. File Formats and Quality
- Digital art files are provided in high-resolution formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF), suitable for printing and digital use.
- File specifications (e.g., dimensions, DPI) are listed on the product page. If you need a different format, contact us before purchasing.

3. Downloading Your Files
- Click the download link in your email to access your files.
- You may download the files within the 30-day period. After this, the link may expire.
- If you lose your files after the link expires, you may purchase the product again or contact us for assistance (a small fee may apply).

4. Technical Issues
