Refund and Return Policy for Digital Art Files

1. General

This policy applies to all digital art files sold through WallHallaPrints. By purchasing a digital download, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Right to Return or Cancellation

Since digital art files are delivered immediately after purchase, there is no right to return, cancel, or receive a refund under European consumer law (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your consent for immediate delivery and the waiver of the right of withdrawal is deemed given at the time of purchase.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with downloading or opening the file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at koenhiemstra_design@outlook.com. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible by:

- Sending a new download link.

- Providing technical support.

If the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you accidentally purchased the wrong file, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will assess whether an exchange or refund is possible, depending on the situation.
